DSM supports the "June 1" Mini-Handball Cup
The "June 1" Cup, a mini-handball tournament for the youngest practitioners of this sport on the occasion of the International Children's Day, will be organized on Tuesday, June 1 by the Gymnasium School no. 96. The event will take place in the gym of the institution with the support of Durby Sports Marketing.
Four groups from the handball section of the CSM Bucuresti club will participate in the tournament, whose teachers-coaches are Mrs. Angelica Morosanu, Denisa Nan, Ionela Cucu and Diana Rotaru.
DSM thanks the sponsor Elgeka Ferfelis for the support provided by offering products from their portfolio that will surely delight children, the medals and cups being offered by our company.
The four teams, each with the initials of its coach, will meet according to the following program:
10:30 - 11:15 CSM M (coach Angelica Morosanu) - CSM N (coach Denisa Nan)
11:25 - 12:10 CSM C (coach Ionela Cucu) - CSM R (coach Diana Rotaru)
12:20 - 13:05 CSM M - CSM C
13:15 - 14:00 CSM N - CSM R
14:00 - 14:45 CSM C - CSM N
14:55 - 15:40 CSM M - CSM R
The tournament will be a good opportunity to complete the program of competitions organized by the Bucharest Municipal Handball Association and, at the same time, will offer a day of matches as a holliday for children.

This activity of DSM is in line with the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects, started in January 2012 with the involvement in the charity event "Sport, Generosity, Hope" organized to raise funds for Kassandra Rotariu and repeated in May 2013. This was followed between 2014 and 2016 by the anniversary events of Steaua Bucuresti winning the European Champions Cup, the start of the Hall of Fame project of the basketball section of the Steaua Bucuresti team in autumn 2015, the involvement in 2016 and 2018 in the smooth running of the events "Uniti pentru Mihaita Nesu!” in the Capital and in Oradea, as well as in the organization of charitable actions and a mini-football tournament together with the Young Tigers club in 2016 and 2017.
