DSM continues its social responsibility activities
Consistent in its efforts to support Romanian athletes regardless of their level of performance, Durby Sports Marketing continues its social responsibility activities.
Thus, at the end of last year, our company offered the children from the Rural Team mini-football team the chance to buy sports equipment, to register and compete in the Bucharest Municipal Football Association championship. In a sport that is still very little supported, water polo, DSM has joined as a sponsor the efforts of the club ACS Hello Sport București to maintain a team made up exclusively of young players in the National Super League. Having the chance to evolve in a senior championship alongside players with experience in European competitions, the Hello Sport water polo players can increase their technical level and gain confidence in their own strengths, being a nursery for the national teams.
Recently, DSM has started a collaboration with Bogdan Vrajitoru, a driver of Team MRS France. Superstock 1000 champion in MotoRC in 2019 and rider with WorldSBK presence, Bogdan Vrajitoru will evolve in the French Superbike Championship FFM, the Spanish Superbike Championship RFME, as well as in the World Endurance Championship EWC. DSM supports him in his ambitious endeavour, one of the experienced rider’s objectives being the participation in the emblematic Le Mans 24h, perhaps the most famous endurance race in motorsport.
"It is our duty, as a party involved in the sports phenomenon, to give an extra chance to those who are now playing or will play in the future under the Romanian colours so as to better prepare and represent us successfully at international level. Wherever we see passion for sport and a desire for self-improvement, we will always get involved to support performance," said Bobby Durbac, CEO of Durby Sports Marketing.
