A new start, a new challenge
Saturday, March 23 marks the start of a new continental campaign for Romania's first football team.
Beginning on the "Friends Arena" in Solna against Sweden’s representative, the road to EURO 2020, where Bucharest will host three games in the group stage and one of the final eight, the trio route will continue three days later in Cluj- Napoca at the "Dr. Constantin Rădulescu" Stadium, where the representative of the Faroe Islands will arrive.
For this first home game of Romania as well as for the other parties that the tricolors will face off in front of their supporters, Durby Sports Marketing will support the organizers' efforts by providing the perimeter advertising system on LED panels. This way, the Romanian Football Federation and the DSM will offer the national team sponsors the opportunity to be present in the arenas where the five home matches will take place and to convey their messages to an impressive number of spectators and viewers.
Coincidentally, the collaboration between the Romanian Football Federation and DSM started in Ploieşti on March 29, 2015 on the occasion of another match of the National Team of Seniors against the Faroe Islands’ team, our company being a lucky bracelet for our Romanian players; we hope history will repeat itself in these new matches.
The complete program of the home games of the players trained under Cosmin Contra is as follows:
March 26, Romania - Faroe Islands, Cluj-Napoca "Dr. Constantin Rădulescu" stadium
September 5 Romania – Spain, Bucharest, National Arena
September 8, Romania - Malta
October 15, Romania - Norway
November 15, Romania - Sweden
"The emotions stirred by the results of the national team under the supervision of the technician Cosmin Contra, as well as the special opportunity of organizing four matches from the next year's final tournament in Bucharest will bring the audience numbers of the EURO 2020 to record highs. We thank the Romanian Football Federation for the continuity and confidence that they showed in us, based on the quality of services rendered over the last four years. We continue to innovate and develop services to to keep up and follow international standards in the industry", said Bobby Durbac, General Manager of Durby Sports Marketing.
