Durby is present at Mircea Lucescu's return to Giulesti
Durby Sports Marketing is actively involved in the match between Dynamo Kiev and Aris Thessaloniki in the 3rd preliminary round of the Conference League, which will be played Thursday, August 17th at the Giulesti stadium. Forced by the war in Ukraine to play their home games on neutral ground, Mircea Lucescu's team will play the return leg of the duel with the Greek side at the new arena under the Grant Bridge. This is the first match in which Mircea Lucescu, as coach of the home team, will be observing the turf 24 years after winning the national title and the Romanian Super Cup with Rapid.
The event represents a new first for Durby, as it is the first international match between two foreign clubs in which our company will be involved, and it will happen on two levels. Durby has offered Romanian spectators the opportunity to watch live on TV the match scheduled to start at 20:00, which will be broadcast live on the Digi Sport channel. At the same time, Durby will provide exposure to the official partners of the club in the Ukrainian capital through 256m long LED perimeter advertising systems. In the very likely event of qualifying for the play-offs, Durby will once again be with Dynamo Kiev in their match against Besiktas Istanbul, the clear favourite in the duel with Neftci Baku (Azerbaijan).
